What is JackThreads?
JackThreads is an online shopping community offering you the sickest apparel, sneakers, and accessories from respected brand names in the surf, skate, streetwear, and contemporary fashion set. We offer new gear daily with pricing at least 50% off retail (often times more). In order to keep you looking fresh, we only offer these deals to our members – it's like that tree house Bart Simpson and his boys went to so they could show off their new finds, like adult mags and comic books!
Think about it – in a recent study, 60% of 18-35 year old men interviewed said that they believe they will become famous in their lifetimes (author unknown). 4/10 males also believe they will become rich (author also unknown). We support your ambition toward one or both of these goals (or slacking if that's your thing) so we're here to help keep your wallet fat in the process. The reality is that whatever your ambition is you gotta look fly while doing it, so you need some fresh threads.
Every day new sales start at 12:00PM EST (noon) and typically run for 72 hours. These sales usually feature either a single brand or a product category (like jacket sales or denim sales). In order to keep that Pine-Sol freshness we'll usually drop more than one sale at a time. That means you can basically stock your wardrobe for the year in just one week of sales as JackThreads! Or, come back over and over again for fresh finds all year long!

With that said, saving money is basically like making money, ain't it? Not too many people are trying to pay the inflated after-market eBay prices for their favorite brands. Essentially you get to dress like Kanye on MC Hammer's budget! All of our products are 100% authentic gear directly from your favorite brands, not drop-shipped fakes from overseas! So be confident as a JackThreads customer that you are copping some of the flyest gear at some of the best pricing on the planet and it's all authentic. I mean come on, you wouldn't cop Jordans from the gas station would you? Do the math: at our low prices, it's almost like getting free stuff! And with our referral program, you get an extra $10 bucks when you invite your friends and they make purchases!*
Why not have running sales of all of your items at once?
Good question. Simple answer: supply & demand. We get limited quantities of whatever gear we feature on the site; sizes and numbers vary. We have a large shopping community that has a voracious appetite for saving money like you do, so when the stuff is gone it's never coming back like yesterday. If we featured all of our items everyday like other sites, you'd have nowhere to shop. That's what makes JackThreads so special. We also like to showcase a brand or product sale in its own light; this keeps things fresh, so you aren't looking at the same boring threads everyday and hoping and praying for it to go on sale. It's already on sale!

Every time you invite one of your peoples to our site you get a $10 referral credit after they make their first purchase. You can use Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, your personal blog site or forum posts and signatures (or any other way you can dream up) to spread your unique personal invite link that sends people directly to our site and earn you that $10 holler. So get organized and make sure you get the whole dorm, frat-house, crackhouse, or even grandma's house involved because when they buy gear, you get money! Cheap gear and $10 for your friends doing the work for you? Why haven't you been doing this since day one?! Wield your membership powers wisely; please don't send us whack people. Otherwise, you become responsible for outfitting masses of lames and losers in threads they don't deserve.
What Brands will you be offering?
We carry most of your favorite brands including 10.Deep, The Hundreds, Crooks & Castles, WeSC, Life after Denim, New Era Fitteds, and Shades of Greige just to name a few.
It varies from day to day. We try to plan the sales out so you're not buying a fresh new pair of board shorts in the middle of January.
What happens if I miss out, but want to purchase the previous offerings?
Sorry fam, it's here for a LIMITED TIME only. That means tomorrow if the item ain't up, you've gotta try to find it elsewhere. I mean you wouldn't go into your local boutique on Monday looking for the Quickstrikes that came out Friday would you?
I bought something yesterday and today, can you combine shipping?
Due to the nature of the selling format, we cannot offer combined shipping at this time.
But I just checked out and want to add something to my order; how do I do that?
Buy it and e-mail us right away (within a few hours); we'll combine your orders and refund excess shipping, but only if it isn't currently being packaged. So if you bought an item at 1pm and realized you wanted something else at 3pm, you'd better fly to your laptop and email our customer service of the situation ASAP! After your order has been boxed up and shipped it's impossible for the Jackthreads staff to track down the mailman and give him the rest of your items. You'll just have to wait, buckaroo.
How do I find out which deal is being offered each day?
You can sign up for an e-mail sale announcement sent out everyday around 12pm EST that'll update you with what will be up for sale that day and let you revel in the glory of the crazy discount you'll be getting. You can also just go to the homepage of the site and see what sales are going on live, right then and there. We also send out Twitter and Facebook alerts, and even have an RSS feed (does anyone use this anymore?). Whatever your interactive communication needs are, we're trying to be on top of them! So how do I make a purchase?
- Sign in and click on a sale to check out the products
- Click the "Buy Now" button and add the item to your cart
- Go to the checkout page and enter a ZIP code to get shipping prices and carrier options

Can I use PayPal?
We cannot accept PayPal payments, but if you are interested in using PayPal check out the following URL for info about the PayPal debit card: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Marketing/account/DCIntro-outside. It draws from your PayPal account but you can use it like a credit card wherever Mastercard is accepted. (like on JackThreads!)
I have some store credit, how do I apply it to my order?
If you have store credit on your account then it will be applied automatically to your order when you reach the Checkout page; however, store credit is not applied to shipping at this time.
When I do make a purchase, how long until I get my order?
On the product page you will notice an estimated delivery date under the Buy Now button. Most in-stock orders are typically delivered within 5-7 days from when you place your order. Some sales are what we call pre-sales and will take between 3-4 weeks to be delivered; see the next question for why that is. We'll also state this in your order confirmation, as well as the copy of your invoice that you can view from the website.
Why does it take so long to ship out my order?
Sometimes we offer pre-sales, meaning we don't physically have the inventory in stock during the time of the sale. The pre-sale format is one of the ways we offer you guys affordable product; this is when we partner up directly with a brand and are able to offer you more of a given product at an even cheaper price! Once the sale is over we place an order for the specific items and quantities our customers order and have it shipped to our warehouse. From there we send it out to you. These custom orders sometimes take longer to receive, so generally the delays don't happen from our end.
How do I check my order status?
Your order history is shown on the left side of your account page. Just click on your order number to view your invoice as well as the most recent status for your order.
Will you give me a tracking number?
Of course! When your order ships out you'll automatically get an e-mail letting you know what service we used along with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it for yourself.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship to Canada, via UPS Standard or UPS Worldwide Express. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship overseas to other countries, but we do plan on opening our sales up to more countries in the future, so stay tuned!

What happens if I have buyer's remorse?
Fill out our contact form to request your order be canceled; however, if it has already been sent to our warehouse to be packed and shipped then we won't be able to cancel your order. Be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER otherwise we may not be able to assist you.
If your order has already shipped you will need an RMA number in order to return your order.
