Returns: Easier Than Ever and Now More Items Qualify
Our convenient Returns Policy makes returning items cheaper and easier.
- Simply process a return in the "Your Account" section, print a pre-paid shipping label, and send your items back
- Return shipping is only $5.95 and will be automatically deducted from the store credit you receive when your return is processed*

JackThreads must receive the merchandise within 21 days from the date it was shipped to you. (You may find this date on the order confirmation sheet included in your shipment.)
To receive store credit, items must NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DAMAGED and must have ALL tags attached.

If your return is not received by the appropriate date then it will not be accepted. We recommend you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. JackThreads is not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
Once your package is received by JackThreads your refund will be processed in the form of a store credit within five business days. You will be notified when your credit is live via an email to the email address provided during the transaction.
**Footwear Returns
Footwear should be returned exactly the way it was shipped to you: with the shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box, all packaged within a larger shipping box. Damages to or omission of the original shoe box from your return will result in your return not being accepted.
International Returns
Canada
We do accept returns from Canada, but JackThreads does not pay for Canadian return shipping at this time. The pre-paid shipping label feature can only be used for returns within the U.S. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. JackThreads is not responsible for packages that are shipped by other means.

Please Note: You MUST include your return detail page and original packing slip so that your return can be processed.
UK and Australia
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns from the UK or Australia at this time. Any items that are shipped via WorldNet are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you discover a service failure related to any international shipments (e.g. damaged or lost in transit, shipping error, etc) please contact us as soon as possible and our team will resolve the situation for you.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you received the wrong product from JackThreads, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, JackThreads will cover return shipping and refund you in full.
Exchanges
Due to the limited time and limited quantity nature of our sales, we are unable to process exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with any of your items you may return them for store credit.
*Pre-paid Return Label
You can choose to print a Return Label from our website to return your items. If you choose to use the pre-paid Return Label, $5.95 will be deducted from your return credit when your items are received. The pre-paid shipping label feature can only be used for returns within the continental United States.
