RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted on merchandise within 30 days after the order has shipped for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DAMAGED and with ALL tags attached, for store credit only. Returns on electronic items will only be accepted if the item has not been opened or worn and returned will all original packaging unless the item was received defective. If you receive a damaged/defective product you must notify us within 7 days of receipt or your return will not be accepted. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return will result in your return not being accepted. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return?

An RMA number is required to make a return. To view a list of items eligible for return, and to obtain an RMA number, visit http://www.jackthreads.com/returns.

Once your package has been received by JackThreads, your refund will be processed in the form of a store credit within five business days. You will be notified via email when this credit has taken place to the address provided during the transaction. Exchanges

Our sales often last only 48-72 hours and then disappear forever, so for this reason we are unable to process exchanges. If you are not satisfied with any of your items then you may return them for store credit.
