US Returns and Exchanges

DO YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE?

If you need a different size or changed your mind on the style and you are interested in returning an item in exchange for something else on the site, our customer service team is here to help. Simply call us at 800.636.5225 or click here to see if we are available to chat.  

FREE SHIPPING FOR YOUR EXCHANGE: We'll help you place an order for your new item, and we'll send the order with FREE Saver Shipping.  That way, you get your item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out.

 

FREE RETURN SHIPPING ON YOUR EXCHANGE ITEM: You can use our pre-paid return label to send your exchange item(s) to us. It makes the process easy and it's free for you to use. When we receive your return, we'll process a full refund for the item price of the exchange item to your original form of payment. Credit card purchases are refunded to your card for exchanged items, and orders purchased with store credit are refunded to store credit. When you contact us, we'll set up the exchange for you. 

Currently we can only offer exchanges for customers in the US.

 

FREE RETURNS FOR JACKTHREADS STORE CREDIT - US CUSTOMERS

 

We know you want to try out new brands and new styles without the cost of paying for a return if it doesn't work out. We want you to be happy with your merchandise. If your merchandise doesn't fit or you don't love it for any reason, we'll cover the return shipping to send it back using our return label. The Return section in your account makes it easy to set up the return. You'll select the items you wish to return, let us know why and get your FREE return shipping label as long as you're shipping from the US and your merchandise is not Final Sale. To start the return process, head to jackthreads.com/returns. When we receive your return, we'll process a full refund for the price you paid for the merchandise in the form of a JackThreads store credit. 

 

 

 

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. We accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. While most items are eligible for return, items on Clearance are marked FINAL SALE in their product details. Clearance items are not eligible for return.

Footwear should be returned exactly the way it was shipped to you: with the shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box, all packaged within a larger shipping box. Any returns that do not include the original undamaged shoebox will not be accepted.

Customers asked. We listened. We now offer refunds back to the original form of payment. If your merchandise doesn't fit or you don't love it for any reason, you can return it for a refund to the original form of payment for a processing fee of $6.99. The processing fee includes the use of the return shipping label. The Return section in your account makes it easy to set up the return. Once Customer Service sets up your return, you can see the status of your return and get the info to include in your return at jackthreads.com/returns. The return follows these easy steps:

Canada Return Details

Our warehouse is located in NY, but we don't want you to incur any fees if you need to return some gear. If you ship your return to our Canadian return address, listed below, our shipping partner will take it from there and get your return to our warehouse located in NY. Canadian customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend that you use a service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit (JackThreads will not be responsible).

Returns must be shipped to this address via a recognized courier or postal authority. Any packages dropped off at this address will be refused by the warehouse and sent back to the return addresee. 

 

Canada Return Policy

**Please note that while return store credits will be issued at the same foreign exchange rate utilized at the time of original purchase, JackThreads.com is currently unable to guarantee this foreign exchange rate on future transactions. Credit redemption on all future transactions will be subject to the foreign exchange rates that are active at the time of purchase. Credits for account users in select locales where local (non-USD) currency pricing is available will be displayed in the User’s Account at the current local (non-USD) currency value based on the most current active foreign exchange rate. As a result of this, international customers may see fluctuation in the daily, local (non-USD) value of stored credits in his or her account.

Exchanges

At this time we are unable to offer exchanges for international customers. If you need to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order with your desired product.
